To maintain peak freshness of the home made teas we can only ship to the 5 Boroughs of NY. We also offer free local delivery within 13 miles radius of Queens, contact us at PurpleTeaPurveyor@gmail.com for questions.
Which courier service do we ship?
We ship via USPS and you will be able to see shipping estimates when you check out. Once your order ships, the ship date, and tracking details will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.
Can we track order?
Once your order ships, we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages from the carrier. You can contact USPS directly for assistance about the status of your packages
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our organic loose butter Pea flower that we use to steep the tea, we DO NOT accept returns for safety reasons. All sales are final.
